Our client are seeking a Packages Portfolio Manager to take ownership of the SME and commercial insurance packages portfolio. This is a pivotal role where you will set strategy, guide product direction, and deliver strong underwriting results. Lead the end-to-end management of the SME/commercial packages, business packs, and trades packages portfolio. Shape product development, pricing, and underwriting strategies to drive sustainable growth. Monitor performance and respond to emerging trends, ensuring our offerings stay competitive and relevant. Partner with brokers, distribution, actuarial, and claims teams to deliver outcomes that balance growth with disciplined risk management. Provide guidance and thought leadership across the business, influencing both strategy and execution. What we’re looking for 7 years’ general insurance experience, ideally with SME or packages exposure. Proven expertise in portfolio management, product development, or underwriting strategy. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to turn data into decisions. Confident communicator with the credibility to engage brokers and stakeholders.
