We currently have a 12-month entry-level traineeship opportunity to join our Retail Operations team based in our Collingwood head office. Our traineeships are full time for 12 months and provide a great opportunity for individuals who have limited work experience and have not undertaken study since finishing school. It is important to note that this opportunity is not a graduate position. The trainee will support the Retail Operations team with administrative tasks and data analysis and insights. During the 12 month contract, the trainee will undertake the requirements in completing a Certificate III in Business (Records and Information Management). What you will be doing General administrative duties Assist with preparing weekly and end of month reporting, as well as distributing the reporting to relevant stakeholders Assist in ad hoc data requests and developing reporting /management packs Assist in providing analytics and insights to the Retail Operations team Assist in supporting a variety of projects, such as data quality issues and automation initiatives Undertaking other tasks as deemed appropriate by your manager Complete the Certificate III in Business (Records and Information Management) What you will bring Demonstrated dedication to outstanding customer service focus and delivery Adaptability and ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines Good communication skills A strong work ethic and professional presentation Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Flexibility and good attention to detail Some administration skills and experience highly desirable Positive and flexible attitude and desire to develop, learn and expand skills Good level of PC literacy Commitment to Bank Australia’s purpose, aspiration, values and brand as well as the B Corp ethos.
