Summary: Take the lead in managing the clinical operations of a highly respected aged care home with a provider committed to quality care, flexibility, and work - life balance. In this role, you’ll mentor a dedicated clinical and care team, ensure compliance, and foster a supportive, resident-centred culture. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership, guidance, and professional development to nursing and care staff, building a positive and collaborative team culture. Oversee day-to-day clinical operations while ensuring full compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards. Partner with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to design and implement tailored care plans. Manage staffing levels, resources, and budgets effectively to support seamless operations. Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain the highest standards of clinical care. Respond to concerns from residents, families, and staff with professionalism, empathy, and timely resolution. Requirements: Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration ( Essential ). Previous experience in a senior clinical role such as Clinical Care Manager or Clinical Coordinator within aged care. Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC funding, and compliance frameworks. Proven ability to lead, support, and mentor clinical teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. Excellent clinical assessment, care planning, and documentation skills. Sound understanding of risk management, incident reporting, and infection prevention and control. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. Commitment to professional development and ongoing improvement. Relevant post-graduate qualifications in aged care, health management, or clinical leadership (desirable but not essential).
