The ideal candidate will bring strong operational leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, confidently guiding the team and overseeing the facility’s daily operations. They’ll foster a culture where staff feel valued and residents enjoy a supportive living environment. You'll get extensive internal support from an Experienced Clinical Care Manager, Clinical Care Coordinator, Quality and Governance support, Skilled Registered Nursing, and Care Team.
