What We’re Looking For You’re an empathetic, motivated professional who thrives in a team environment and enjoys helping others. You’ll bring: Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) Minimum 12 months’ practical Residential Aged Care experience post-registration (with medication endorsement) Solid clinical knowledge and aged care experience Great communication, time management, and organisational skills Confidence with smartphones/tablets and new systems Flexibility to work a rotating roster Two recent managerial/supervisory referees Valid AU driver’s licence and registered/insured vehicle Why Join McLean Care?
