Our client – a key commercial division of a government organisation – is seeking a Senior People & Culture Business Partner to join their People & Safety team. Based in Melbourne CBD Until 20 December 2025 Hybrid opportunity with our client - a Government Department Your Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Provide strategic and hands-on support across a wide range of HR activities in a fast-paced change environment Confidently develop and deliver change communications, position descriptions, and employee management documentation Present complex change information clearly and effectively to large internal audiences Collaborate closely with the core HR team to guide and support employees through ongoing organisational change Partner with managers on workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and exits Support learning and development strategies in collaboration with OD specialists Coach leaders on employee engagement and effective people management Interpret policies, procedures, and legislation in line with best practice What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a senior HR business partner or similar in a change environment in VOS or local government preferred. Experience in employee relations.
