We are looking for an APS 2 Production Support Officer to work with one of our key Federal Government clients in the in Sydney. • Anticipated duration: ASAP start until end of April 2026 • Hourly Rate: $40.93/Hour Super • Location: Sydney • Working Arrangements: 100% Onsite • Anticipated Working Hours: Monday – Friday: Regular Business Hours • Work Rights: Australian Citizen due to the nature of the role Job purpose: Help to provide a secure, responsive and efficient service through the professional delivery of back of house functions. Ensure that physical applications enter systems in an accurate and timely manner. Conduct other administrative duties to ensure appropriate storage and disposal of applications. Key Duties: Scanning of passport application forms and supporting documents Scanning of identification photos (involving cleaning and basic assessment of suitability of photos) Manual separation of applications and attachments, and basic management of applications that were not able to be scanned. Destruction of records. Basic management of applications that have been incorrectly marked (i.e. priority applications marked as routine or vice versa) Manual Exception tasks, re-scanning applications to improve quality, mail sorting for other teams, destruction and filing, other ad hoc duties as they arise. Basic administrative processing duties including network production tasks (data verification, image enhancement, pre-print assurance, quality authorisation). Our Ideal Candidate: MUST be an Australian citizen to be eligible Strong data entry skills and admin skills High attention to detail Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to analyse numerical and written information Ability to do repetitive tasks on a daily basis Reliable and adaptable to respond to changes in workloads and priorities Must meet Pre-employment screening requirements and have a Baseline Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one) Sounds like you?
