I’m recruiting on behalf of a high-performing agency based in North Sydney that partners with some of Australia’s biggest B2C names across industries like property development, legal, and industrial services. This isn’t a retail or D2C environment; it’s a professional, strategic space where the work is deep, not high-volume, and where performance marketing plays a central role in long-term client success. They’re looking for a Senior Paid Performance Manager to lead media strategy and execution across a small portfolio of retained clients. These are high-value accounts with significant budgets, and they require someone who not only understands media buying but can operate at a strategic, commercial level. The internal team includes senior strategists, account leads, and execs, all collaborative, focused, and low-ego.
