About the role This role includes but is not limited to: Triaging and dispatching work orders to tradesman to meet KPIs. Liaising with clients, tradespeople, and colleagues. Answering phones and general office duties. On-call Afterhours Phone on rotational roster. Appointment Scheduling. Skills and experience required include: Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team Excellent organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills, Ability to Multi-Task Experience with Microsoft Outlook. nb. Previous experience with Department of Housing contracts would be advantaegous but is not essential.
