Your opportunity: Our Field Services team has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Contracts Specialist to join their Commercial and Partnerships team! This is an exciting opportunity to manage a new collaborative contract for Mechanical, Electrical and Control Systems (MECS) maintenance services, Fleet contracts, Facilities Management contracts, and a variety of Professional Services contracts. Maintenance Services delivers Urban Utilities' maintenance program, delivering more than 100,000 maintenance activities each year, maintaining services 24 hours a day and seven days a week, through a range of strategic and tactical commercial agreements. The Senior Contract Specialist is responsible for managing the day-to-day relationships with the Maintenance Delivery Partners by developing and executing the contract management plan. The Senior Contract Specialist will develop contract performance reporting, oversee and improve payment claims processes, manage contract variation and claims, identify, report and mitigate contract risks. About you: Tertiary qualification in Law, Business, Engineering, Logistics or relevant field. (preferred) Diploma or Certificate in Contract Management or equivalent. Extensive experience in contract management in a complex organisation, from procurement to completion Demonstrated knowledge of contract law and best practice contract management Experience in Alliance, Collaborative, pain/gain share contracts.
