You’ll be working remotely across Victoria , managing a broad territory and forging strong partnerships at both store level and head office . With support from our head office in Queensland and sales base in Sydney , you’ll have the resources and backing to succeed – while enjoying the autonomy to make the role your own. What You’ll Do Achieve sales targets and margins through proactive customer engagement. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at the retail and head office level. Drive Beko brand presence in-store through promotions, training, and point-of-sale execution. Champion Beko as the preferred choice for customers and consumers alike. Identify and seize opportunities to grow the business while balancing risk and reward. Implement global best practices and contribute fresh ideas for continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For We’re after a self-motivated, resilient and people-oriented professional who thrives in a remote working environment and on-the-road role. You’ll bring: Proven B2B and/or retail sales experience in consumer durables. Strong drive to exceed targets and deliver results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A flair for training and inspiring others to sell with passion. Problem-solving mindset and collaborative team spirit. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; tertiary qualifications a plus. *This role requires regular travel – approximately one week per month on the road – so flexibility and adaptability are key.
