About the role We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our team. This full-time role will involve operating a variety of industrial machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What you'll be doing Operating and monitoring industrial machinery to manufacture products Operating packaging equipment, conveyor systems, and other heavy machinery as required Performing routine maintenance and adjustments on equipment to ensure optimal performance Identifying and reporting any issues or malfunctions with machinery Adhering to all health and safety procedures and policies Working collaboratively with the production team to meet daily output targets Maintaining accurate production records and data entry What we're looking for Previous experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment Minimum 1-2 years of machine operator experience required Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Commitment to workplace health and safety Good communication and teamwork skills Must have Australian work rights Availability to work rotating shifts and day shift patterns What we offer At Programmed Skilled Workforce, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
