Helping with the recruiting and training of staff. Handling inventory, with ordering and stock control. Standard computer literacy. You will need the following experience to be thought of for this role Years of experience in the hospitality industry. Minimum 1 year experience in some form of team leader/assistant manager role. Experience in Kitchen operations and willing to learn more, if needed.
