We pride ourselves on offering a seasonally varied menu with a traditional format of antipasto, pasta, main and dessert, using incredible local products from artisan producers. Scopri is looking for talented, enthusiastic and experienced chef de partie to join our team. Tasks and Responsibilities: work as a Chef de Partie in the kitchen work in conjunction with the Sous Chef check all food products, including meat, poultry, seafood, vegetables, fruit for quality and freshness awareness of HACCP practices and policies Skills & Experience: Demonstrated experience in similar role Knowledge or passion for Italian cuisine (advantageous) Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team Must be able to work full-time, including evenings and weekends Minimum 2 years' experience as Chef de Partie in a fine dining restaurant Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification required Experience in high-volume fine dining service (minimum 80 covers per service) Benefits: Easy access to public transport Supportive team environment Weekly pay and flexible roster Training available to the successful applicant to further teach technical skills This role is a fantastic opportunity to work across all sections with the added bonus of a really great team, future promotion and development.
