We partner closely with Marketing, IT, and global stakeholders to deliver scalable, resilient, and impactful digital experiences across Adobe platforms. We are expanding our team and seeking multiple engineers—mid-level and senior, to help us build and optimize our marketing technology ecosystem. This hybrid role (in office Tues-Wed-Thurs) is based Melbourne, AUS In this role you will: Design, develop, and maintain robust marketing solutions using Adobe tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver personalized, data-driven customer experiences. Drive platform enhancements, integrations, and automation across AEM and AEP. Develop and optimize web applications leveraging modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and/or React, along with Node.js for backend services. Support marketing operations and ensure platform reliability and performance. Contribute to engineering best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement. Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years of experience with AEM or AEP Experience Manager (Sites, Assets, Workflows). Proficiency in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and Java, Sling/OSGi. Hands-on experience with Node.js and front-end frameworks (Angular or React). Experience with CMS architecture and reusable components. Familiarity with AEM as a Cloud Service is a plus, not required. Understanding of SEO, accessibility, and responsive design.
