The exciting opportunity Lead clinical and operational management of a residential aged care facility Drive quality, compliance, clinical governance, and resource management. Lead the senior clinical team and collaborate with other departments to maintain high standards. Oversee clinical and care delivery aligned with best practice and funding requirements. Contribute to strategic planning, budget development, and service improvement. Recruit, develop, and foster a positive team culture in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience in a Facility Manager or Residential Care Manager role in aged care. Strong knowledge of aged care regulatory environment, accreditation standards, and funding models such as AN-ACC. Demonstrated strategic leadership, analytical skills, and ability to implement change. Passionate about delivering person-centred care and leading teams to excellence.
