About the Role Join our team of Wine Specialists at our state-of-the-art facility in the picturesque Yarra Valley. In this casual role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences that showcase our distinguished wines and cultivate enduring customer relationships. Key Responsibilities · Conducting memorable and engaging wine tastings and educational experiences that exceed customer expectations and foster repeat visitation. · Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of our wine portfolio and business operations, embodying the essence and values of Chandon. · Collaborating effectively with team members across all areas of the hospitality business to build strong, unified working relationships. Key Criteria We are seeking candidates who demonstrate: · A highly motivated and customer-focused approach, coupled with a minimum of WSET Level 2 certification. · A genuine passion for wine and food, complemented by natural leadership abilities. · Prior wine knowledge and experience within a premium brand environment (highly regarded). · Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills, with the ability to provide support to the front-of-house team as needed. · Flexibility to work both weekend and weekday shifts.
