About the role We are seeking experienced Personal Care Workers to join our dedicated team in providing person-centred care that enhances independence and quality of life for our residents. You will support residents with: Daily living activities including showering, personal hygiene, meals, and mobility Care delivery in line with individual care plans Recreational and social activities You must be available to work across a variety of weekday shifts, including: 7:00am – 1:00pm 7:00am – 3:00pm 3:00pm – 9:00pm 3:00pm – 11:00pm About you To be successful, you will have: Minimum 12 months’ experience in residential care Certificate III Aged Care, Individual Support, Home & Community Care or Disability First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain) Flexibility to work weekday shifts Current Australian working rights We are looking for genuine, caring individuals that are committed to providing consistent, professional and effective level of support to our residents. You must be able to clearly communicate, build genuine relationships with the residents, team and other staff and ensure a high level of dignity is maintained when providing personal care. You must also be willing to obtain a National Police Certificate before commencing employment as well as a functional assessment.
