Job Description We are now looking for a Connectivity Specialist who will lead our Offshore Hotels team, ensuring the smooth connection and optimisation of dynamic hotel rates and other API-connected products. They oversee daily operations, team training, and workflow improvements to maintain high performance and accuracy. As the subject matter expert for Dynamic Rate Production, they partner with the Partner Operations Manager to identify and implement efficiencies, continuously improving processes and collaboration across the Connectivity and Offshore Hotels teams. You will be responsible for: Lead the Offshore Hotels team to deliver accurate and timely hotel rate connections Manage and optimise API-connected products and dynamic rate setups Oversee daily operations, training, and team development Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency Support the Partner Operations Manager in achieving business objectives Act as the subject matter expert for Dynamic Rate Production Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance connectivity performance Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
