About the Role As the first public point of contact to Horsham Rural City Council's Civic Centre, this role is central to delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support. The successful applicant will assist both customers and staff through a range of duties including cashiering, handling phone enquiries, and general reception tasks. The Customer Service team manages a high volume of enquiries across multiple channels, so the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively is essential. About You You have experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in industries such as retail, banking, or hospitality.
