About the Role A fantastic opportunity is available for an enthusiastic and experienced Property Services Officer to join the City Operations (Facility Maintenance Team) at the City of Kwinana. Reporting to the Supervisor Facility Maintenance you will be responsible for undertaking inspections and maintenance of all City buildings and facilities. This position will also be required to regularly engage with other members of the Facility Maintenance Team and will occasionally liaise with external contractors. About You To be successful in this role you will need: Considerable experience in general maintenance/handyman services, including working at heights, working with power tools, etc. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with minimal supervision, but also the ability to work within a team environment. Developed interpersonal and customer relations skills. Basic computer skills. Must be physically capable to undertake the work required including working at heights. “C” class Driver’s licence, Construction Induction Card, Working at Heights Certificate and First Aid qualification. *Please note the hours of work for this position are 7:00am - 4:00pm Monday to Thursday and 7:00am - 3:45pm Friday.
