We’re looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to help our clients stay comfortable, supported, and independent in their homes. What you’ll do: Provide personal care and daily living support Assist with medications Support clients with mobility and transfers (including use of a sling hoist) Assist with bowel and catheter care (training provided if required) Complete documentation after each shift Shift times vary depending on client needs and may include: Morning: 6:30 AM – 10:30 AM | 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM | 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM Lunch: 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM | 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM Afternoon/Evening: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM | 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM What we’re looking for: A caring and professional attitude Flexibility to work across different suburbs and shift times Experience in disability or aged care (or a willingness to learn) A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle Why join Nextt this Christmas: Be part of a supportive team that values your care, compassion, and commitment.
