We’re now seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to join our growing People & Culture Team on a part-time basis and play a pivotal role in shaping our employee experience, from onboarding and engagement to compliance and development. About the Role Reporting to the People & Culture Advisor, this hands-on generalist role will support the end-to-end employee lifecycle across multiple states. You’ll work closely with our operational teams, managers, and new employees to ensure every stage of employment reflects BET Group’s values and commitment to quality care. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes Maintaining employee records, training registers, and compliance systems Assisting with policy implementation, workforce planning, and internal communications Supporting managers with performance review cycles, employee engagement activities, and disciplinary processes Contributing to People & Culture projects, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives Providing day-to-day HR administrative support across multiple sites About You You’re an organised, proactive, and people-focused professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You’re confident managing HR processes, love building relationships, and have a keen eye for compliance and detail. T o succeed in this role, you will bring: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline (or progress toward) Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a generalist HR or People & Culture role Sound understanding of Australian employment legislation and the SCHADS Award Strong attention to detail, administrative and communication skills with a solutions-focused mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word) Experience within the disability, community, or healthcare sector (highly regarded) Why Join BET Group Global?
