Position Profile The Principal Policy and Legislation Consultant leads all MyLeave policy and legislation activities including proposals for legislative changes to ensure legislation is keeping pace with external environment, facilitating the changes to Regulations and coordination of all legal activities. The Principal Policy and Legislation Consultant undertakes high level research and investigation to develop a repository of policy positions, interpretive guidance and Board policy position statements that supports consistency in regulatory activity. The position leads, develops, reviews and maintains regulator performance framework including measurement and reporting of regulatory outcomes.
