Chief Executive Officer - Rembrandt Living Rembrandt Living is a highly regarded, not-for-profit, values based organisation offering residential, respite, home care and home support to older people across Adelaide and regions. Established over 30 years ago, Rembrandt is proud of its Dutch heritage which has shaped the values and standards underpinning the quality of personal care now provided to people of all backgrounds. The organisation currently employs approximately 170 (FTE) staff and has a turnover circa $35m. Rembrandt is recruiting their next Chief Executive Officer (CEO), to join the organisation at a pivotal time as it enters a new stage of growth and transformation. Reporting to the Board and leading the Executive Team, this role will have responsibility for: proactively guiding the strategic direction of the organisation; ensuring clinical services provide safe, high quality care, compliance and innovation; driving a culture of safety and collaboration; building and maintaining strong relationships with government, business partners, residents, clients, families and the broader community; ensuring the organisation adapts to policy reform, regulatory requirements and sector changes; managing the financial and physical resources and assets of the organisation to ensure viability and ongoing success. The successful candidate will be an inspiring, values driven leader with significant executive experience and appropriate qualifications. Aged care sector experience is an advantage but leadership experience from highly comparable sectors will be considered. Strong commercial and strategic thinking, governance capability, financial and operational acumen and a deep commitment to quality outcomes for older people are essential.
