About the role This role supports the Office of the CEO on a part time basis 3 days per week. Provide secretarial and administration support including inbox management, receiving and directing incoming telephone calls, preparing and formatting materials for Executive, Board and Committee meetings and events coordination. Along with this you’ll coordinate site visits, prepare expense reports and book and schedule travel requirements. One day per fortnight you’ll also support with reception coverage. About you You'll demonstrate strong attention to detail, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities. Calm under pressure and adaptable to change, you’ll be someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.
