We are a small, dynamic team passionate about fashion, creativity, and customer service — and we’re looking for someone equally driven, organised, and full of ideas to grow our digital presence while keeping our back-of-house operations running smoothly. The Role This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll lead our social media content creation across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Threads, while also supporting our e-commerce team with website management, digital marketing, and general operations. Perfect for someone with a sharp eye for luxury fashion and aesthetics, this role combines creativity with organisation and is ideal for someone who thrives in a boutique team environment. Key Responsibilities Plan, style, and shoot weekly in-store model content; select and edit imagery Write engaging captions and schedule content across social channels (IG, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, Pinterest) Manage community engagement: respond to DMs and customer enquiries Collaborate on 2–3 Klaviyo EDMs per week, ensuring content is polished and on-brand Support e-commerce operations: product uploads, collection creation, stock entry, and website updates ( Shopify ) Create digital ads (video and static) and supply creative assets to our digital ad agency Assist in managing e-commerce shoots, ghost/product imagery, and visual assets Pack and dispatch online orders as needed Unpack new deliveries, manage stock, and support smooth boutique operations Pitch in across the business — versatility and teamwork are essential! About You A strong eye for luxury fashion, styling, and aesthetics Super organised and confident juggling multiple tasks Experience creating and editing content for Instagram & TikTok (photo video editing) Shopify experience is essential Klaviyo and Adobe Photoshop skills highly regarded Strong communication skills with a collaborative, can-do approach Passion for premium fashion and digital storytelling Why Join Us?
