Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and site teams . Report on project progress, cost control, and compliance requirements. Mentor and support site personnel to ensure seamless project delivery. About You Proven experience as a Site Manager within multi-residential or commercial construction . Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on quality delivery. Excellent understanding of construction processes, safety, and subcontractor management.
