Where the team fits in This role sits within Customer Marketing, a team focused on building deeper, more valuable connections with our customers in support of REA Group’s strategic and commercial priorities. This team forms part of the Customer Group, headed up by Kul Singh. As REA’s product marketing function, the Marketing Manager, Product is responsible for developing clear product messaging and narratives, producing high-quality content and collateral, and supporting go-to-market strategies that drive growth, usage and retention. This role ensures our products are communicated clearly, creatively and consistently, with content and campaigns that inspire customer action and drive sentiment. What The Role Is All About This role is a mix of creative storytelling and hands-on delivery. You’ll create content and collateral that set us apart, while supporting go-to-market programs that deliver against clear targets. The primary audience is our B2B customers, with a focus on Developer and Media segments. While no two days will be the same, the core responsibilities of the role include: Developing customer-focused product messaging and narratives that clearly communicate valueProducing standout content and collateral—including sales toolkits, presentations, case studies, multi-channel campaigns, advertising and training materialsUsing product and audience data to shape messaging and develop compelling market claimsMeasuring performance, sharing insights and optimising based on results and business needsWorking alongside Go-To-Market to bring products and initiatives to marketPartnering closely with Sales Enablement to equip frontline teams with the right tools and resourcesWorking with external partners, including creative agencies, to bring ideas and campaigns to lifeRunning direct-to-customer campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, usage and retentionStaying across competitor activity and market trends to ensure our activity remains distinctiveChampioning the customer internally, embedding audience understanding into messaging and marketing activity while ensuring all messaging and creative aligns to brand and tone of voice guidelines We’re Looking For Someone 7 years of marketing experience, with digital product or property industry background (preferred)Exceptional content creator, able to produce clear, compelling and engaging material for sales teams and customer-facing campaignsStrong project manager, able to juggle multiple programs and deliver with pace and precisionSkilled at interpreting customer insights and pain points and turning them into powerful contentCreative and ideas-driven, with a strong feel for market and audience trendsConfident using numbers and data insights to shape messaging and measure impactResults-focused, tracking outcomes and improving based on what worksTeam player with excellent communication and collaborationFamiliarity with marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud) a plus What Sets You Apart We’re looking for more than capability – we value someone who brings energy, creativity and impact.
