As part of the design team, you will work under the guidance of experienced architects and contribute to a wide range of projects. Key Responsibilities:Assist in developing design proposals and creating presentation materialsPrepare drawings and 3D models primarily using Revit, as well as AutoCAD and other toolsProduce renderings using Lumion or EnscapeSupport in preparing project documentation and conducting researchParticipate in site visits and record existing building conditionsResearch building materials, codes, and construction techniquesAssist in coordination with external consultants, contractors, and internal teamsOrganize and manage design documentation and recordsSupport compliance checks with relevant codes, standards, and sustainability requirements Qualifications:Internship or part-time experience at an architectural firm is a plus (but not required)Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative SuitePassion for architecture and design, with a desire to learn and growStrong communication and teamwork skillsBasic knowledge of building codes and design processes Preferred Skills & Experience:Interest or knowledge in sustainable architecture (e.g. LEED, BELS, ZEB)Understanding of parametric design tools such as GrasshopperFamiliarity with NSW building standards (ADG, BCA, Australian Standards)Interest in Japanese architecture or culture Benefits & Perks:Competitive salary based on experience and qualificationsOn-the-job training and mentorship from experienced architectsSupport program for obtaining architectural registrationOpportunity to work on diverse and exciting projects
