Contract Interior Designer – Fit Out Projects (ASAP Start) South Sydney Location | Contract Role | Immediate Start Are you an experienced Interior Designer with a strong technical background and a passion for documentation? Our client, a growing small-scale builder based in South Sydney, is looking for a skilled Interior Designer on a contract basis to deliver full sets of CDC documentation for commercial and retail fit out projects. The Role: You’ll be working directly with the builder to run projects from concept through to construction documentation, with a particular focus on delivering full CDC drawing packages . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing documentation independently. ✏️ Responsibilities: Prepare comprehensive CDC documentation for fit out projects Translate design concepts into detailed construction drawings Liaise with clients, certifiers, and subcontractors as required Ensure all documentation complies with relevant codes and standards Work efficiently to meet tight project deadlines Requirements: Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field Proven experience in delivering full CDC documentation sets Proficient in AutoCAD (or relevant drafting software) Strong knowledge of BCA, Australian Standards, and NCC Highly organised and capable of working autonomously Immediate availability Apply Now If you're ready to jump into a hands-on role with real autonomy and exciting projects, we’d love to hear from you.
