The Why We’re looking for a mid-weight Graphic Designer with confidence and capability in motion design to add to our growing design function. Digital channels are core to what we deliver, particularly social (TikTok, Instagram, Reddit) so a love of bringing to life big ideas on small screens is a must. A designer with a strong understanding of integrated campaign rollouts & out-of-the box cross-channel creative is a strong bonus. Key Responsibilities: Reporting into the Design Lead, this role exists to support the wider creative studio team, which is made up of design, social, copywriting and production teams. The successful candidate will: Design brand-led assets for integrated campaigns across a variety of channels Collaborate with product teams to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns across marketing channels and within our app environment Concept and create social-first content that’s tailored for performance Bring ideas to life with motion design Your Experience: 3 years experience at a creative agency or design studio Strong portfolio showcasing brand-led design and creative social content An eye for detail with a high level of design craft Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects is essential Bonus: Familiar with Figma Basic video editing skills Examples of integrated campaign rollouts Additional creative pursuits – we love a slashy, so tell us if you have other creative passions.
