What you'll be doing
- Greeting and seating customers with a warm and friendly demeanour
- Providing prompt and attentive service taking beverage orders
- Maintaining a clean and tidy bar area
- Handling cash and operating point-of-sale systems
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a similar cocktail bar position
- Strong knowledge of cocktails and premium drinks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively lead a team independently
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Enthusiasm, energy and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Responsible service of alcohol certifications
