ConsultANZ is seeking a Project/Office Administrator to join a civil piling company based in Perth, Western Australia. The Opportunity As the Office Administrator, you will provide essential support to the company’s workshop team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and that administrative processes align with organizational requirements and objectives. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily office administration, including phone, email, and correspondence management. Coordinate with transport companies to ensure efficient delivery schedules. Process invoices, payments, and maintain accurate documentation. Collect, review, and submit timesheets from field staff. Manage office supplies and assist with basic IT setup and troubleshooting. About You Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role, ideally within construction or a related industry. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with team members and external partners. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail in handling invoices and timesheets. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
