With a strong team culture and a practical, can-do vibe, they’re now looking for someone to help grow their reach across Northern Sydney (north of the M4) and Newcastle (every 5 weeks) . What You'll Be Doing: Visiting civil and construction sites to promote and educate on safety gear for dust, fume, noise & ventilation control Managing and growing an existing customer base Sticking to a regular call plan and keeping the CRM up to date Working closely with clients to solve problems on-site – this is all about solution-based selling Lending a hand in the workshop when needed – it’s a team-first culture Spotting new business opportunities and gaps in the market What We're Looking For: Previous sales experience within the civil or construction industry will be highly regarded You don’t need to know the products – training provided Strong communication skills and confidence working with site-based teams and project managers Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and basic Excel A proactive, practical mindset – you're hands-on and solutions-focused.
