Victorian Children's Clinic is a large private paediatric clinic, of over thirty specialists. This part time role (with the opportunity for flexibility in days/hours) is available due to clinic growth. The role encompasses general medical reception and administrative duties as part of a dedicated administration team. As the first point of contact for patients and their families, it is important that you are well presented and approachable with a calm and positive disposition. Essential skills/experience: Proven medical reception experience - at least 2 years. Excellent computer skills and experience with medical software. Experience with any medical software platform is required. Excellent customer service, phone manner and communication. Proven multitasking, problem solving and time management skills. Ability to work in a face paced environment. Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team. Must have neat and professional presentation. A proactive, positive and 'can-do' attitude.
