About Us Our Tasman Restaurant offers a locally influenced à la carte menu for dinner service. We also have a busy buffet breakfast service that is popular with both inhouse guests and the locals. We also have our Atrium Bar that offers a locally inspired all-day menu and features the best of Tassie’s boutique whiskies, gins, wines, beers and ciders.
