About the teamThe Real Estate practice advises many of Australia’s key institutional investors, funds, developers and multinational corporations. The team is involved in major acquisitions and disposals, large-scale development projects, leasing and financing across multiple asset classes — including office, industrial, logistics, retail and residential. About the roleAn opportunity exists for an Associate (2–5 PQE) to join the Sydney office. You will work closely with senior lawyers and leading clients on significant, cross-jurisdictional real estate transactions. Responsibilities will include:Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases and agreements for leaseConducting due diligence and preparing reportsAttending settlements and assisting with negotiationsProviding strategic legal and project management adviceThis is a chance to be part of complex, career-defining matters in a high-performing team.
