We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor with a Carpentry background to work on a new-build aged care facility for a national, privately owned company. Our client has a long-term project and require a hands-on leader who can work closely with the site manager to coordinate trades, ensure smooth day-to-day operations and maintain high safety and quality standards. Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects run smoothly and safely. Apply carpentry expertise to review, guide, and quality-check fit-out and finishing works. Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to schedules. Monitor budgets, schedules, and project milestones, reporting progress to the Project Manager. Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and facility-specific protocols. About You: Ideally 3 Years experience in a Supervisory or Leading Hand role Carpentry Trade Background Strong track record in new build or fit-out and refurbishment projects, ideally in commercial environments such as aged care, healthcare, or hospitality. Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Commitment to delivering projects to a high standard of quality, on time, and within budget.
