Your new company An established national construction company that prides itself on providing an inclusive and supportive team culture requires an experienced Construction Foreman to work on a commercial fitout project until the end of the year. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will oversee finishing trades, ensuring high-quality standards are met within project timelines. Supervising all construction packages including detailed carpentry, electrical, plumbing and final pass trades. Managing subcontractors and conducting toolbox talks. Performing site inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Assisting in the creation and implementation of short-term work schedules. Coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients and suppliers, to meet finishing specifications. Ensuring safety compliance in accordance with WHS standards. What you’ll need to succeed Ideally, a trade background but not essential. Ability to problem-solve and interpret detailed drawings. Strong communication skills and ability to motivate and lead tradespeople effectively. This excellent opportunity offers you the chance to work on a major multi-million-dollar project, ensuring the final product meets premium standards. This role will be suited to an individual that is available to commence work within the next two weeks and looking to earn between $55/70 Super per hour.
