Committee Secretariat and Scribe We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented committee secretariat and scribe with a strong background in medical and clinical therapies to support a newly formed Evidence Advisory Committee. Locations: Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane Employment: Casual / Part-time / Job-sharing opportunities Term: Initial 12-month contract with potential to go permanent About the Role: This role involves attending and scribing full-day committee meetings held every 1–2 weeks, ensuring smooth operations, accurate documentation, and effective follow-up. It’s ideal for someone with experience in medical or clinical settings who can confidently engage in discussions on clinical evidence and therapeutic practices. Key Responsibilities: Attend committee and sub-committee meetings. Accurately scribe discussions, decisions, and action items. Prepare clear, professional minutes and briefing notes. Work respectfully with committee members, stakeholders, and people with lived experience. Ensure all documentation meets governance standards. Key Capabilities: Experience in medical and clinical therapies discussions . Excellent written communication and minute-taking skills. Familiarity with committee processes or clinical advisory meetings. Highly organised with attention to detail. Ability to work respectfully with diverse stakeholders. Knowledge of disability policy or public sector processes is desirable but not essential.
