Milestone IT is currently working with a valued client seeking an experienced Supply Chain Technical Business Analyst to join their dynamic team on a major transformation program. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong supply chain domain knowledge and technical experience in system integration, data flow mapping, and end-to-end process design to contribute to a high-impact project environment. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements across procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory, and order management. Work closely with developers, architects, and QA to deliver scalable solutions, integrations, and system enhancements. Map current and future state business processes; identify improvement opportunities for automation and efficiency. Support end-to-end system implementation including configuration, data migration, and integration with ERP, WMS, and EDI systems. Conduct impact assessments, dependency mapping, and risk analysis for supply chain projects. Produce high-quality documentation: process flows, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria. Act as the key liaison between business and technology teams to ensure successful delivery. Skills & Experience 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst on supply chain or logistics projects Strong understanding of core supply chain processes: procurement, inventory, warehousing, and fulfilment Proven experience with systems such as WMS, TMS, EDI, and ERP Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
