We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Newcastle-based Blue Collar team. This is an ongoing casual position offering full-time hours (Monday to Friday), you'll be part of a national network of offices, working collaboratively to build strong client relationships and contribute to our business growth. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic, who thrives in a supportive, diverse, and respectful culture. Key Responsibilities Conduct telephone screening and initial interviews to assess candidate suitability Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates in a blue-collar environment Carry out right-to-work checks, reference checks and compliance documentation Create and manage talent pools for frequently recruited roles (general hands, forklift drivers, truck drivers) Keep in regular contact with candidates for availability, placement feedback and redeployment Organise inductions and help manage shift availability / roster confirmations with temp workforce Skills & Experience Time management: Ability to prioritise and manage multiple roles and candidate simultaneously Excellent Communication: Confident phone manner and ability to engage with candidates of all backgrounds Organisation - keep detailed records, manage compliance checks and maintain candidate records Customer-Focused: A background in customer service, call centres or similar roles is highly regard but not essential Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a strong focus on contributing to a supportive team environment Benefits Be part of the Toll Group, one of Australia's leading employers Work as part of a supportive close-knit team Parking available onsite About Toll People Toll People are Australia's most recognised provider of Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehouse staff.
