We’re on the lookout for a passionate and motivated Recruitment and Employee Experience Advisor to join our awesome People Team! This is a full-time position (38 hours per week), based in our Northcote office with flexible hybrid working arrangements. This is a fixed-term position commencing asap and ending in January 2027. You'll play a key role in attracting and welcoming amazing educators into our kindergartens and early learning centres, while also supporting existing staff and contributing to exciting people projects. Have a portfolio of your own services meaning you can build genuine connections within our services and the community we serve. Be customer focused. You will partner with managers to attract top talent and create a positive, seamless onboarding experience. Craft engaging job ads and position descriptions. Prepare and manage employment contracts and documentation, ensuring compliance with your attention to detail. Bring a natural orientation for continuous improvement with a strong reflective practice and openness to better use of technology. Lead and support various employee experiences improvement projects – we have a lot on our agenda for the next 24 months and an array of opportunities for the right candidate to sink their teeth in to!
