My client is currently seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join them as a Service Coordinator. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring their Service team and Clients receive the highest level of support. You will thrive in a fast-paced , hands-on environment and possess excellent multitasking and attention to detail . Exemplary customer service , a positive attitude , and strong accuracy in completing service requirements are essential. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate on-road technicians by preparing job schedules Allocate bookings to technicians for service, repair, and installations Provide professional phone support and assist customers with their requests End-to-end control of all Jobs and callouts. Facilitate communication between customers and technicians Collaborate with a team of service technicians and third-party subcontractors Ensure customer outcomes and service delivery align with compliance requirements -Complete parts ordering and quotes over the phone Schedule preventative maintenance programs for key account customers
