Qualifications and prerequisites 5 years of sales leadership experience in the AV or technology industry preferred. Proven ability to mentor and lead teams, driving performance and exceeding targets. Strong track record in managing, maintaining, and building business relationships. Ability to analyse industry trends and competitors, adjusting strategies proactively. Excellent negotiation skills and ability to secure high-value contracts. Experience in sales forecasting, tenders, quotations, and proposal management. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, ERP software, and a valid Driver’s Licence.
