About the Role Serendia is an ISO-accredited construction management firm delivering high-quality projects across NSW and the ACT. Our portfolio includes Defence facilities, education and health infrastructure, commercial refurbishments, and luxury residential builds. With turnover already exceeding $10M and a bold vision to scale to Tier 2 contractor by 2031, we combine the agility of a mid-tier with the discipline of a national contractor. Reporting to the CEO, you will take full ownership of all client-facing business development and sales activity. You'll build the sales function from the ground up; developing strategy, implementing CRM and reporting systems, managing tenders, and driving new business. Most importantly, you\'ll own relationships with Defence, government, and private clients, ensuring Serendia is positioned as a trusted partner in their future projects. About You Ideally degree-qualified in Business, Sales, or Marketing (with postgraduate qualifications such as an MBA highly regarded), you will bring 8 years\' experience in construction, property, or professional services sales. You have a proven record in securing major projects through relationship-driven business development, managing tender processes, and building high-performing sales teams. You combine strategic vision with the ability to roll up your sleeves and deliver, and you\'re motivated by the opportunity to leave a legacy as the architect of Serendia\'s sales function.
