As an Engineer (Civil), you'll project manage road infrastructure planning with senior guidance. This includes contract administration, technical support for design and business case processes, and resource coordination. In this role, you will:- Administer project planning contracts to ensure compliance and successful delivery to Transport and Main Roads specifications.- Identify possible problem areas and negotiate modifications or adaptations to briefs where necessary to achieve acceptance.- Manage under supervision, projects or elements of projects and provide monthly financial forecasting.- Provide support and advice on the planning and design process, to ensure delivery of project outcomes, value for money and best practice are achieved.- Maintain and apply all relevant standards, policies, guidelines and legislative requirements necessary for the planning and design of road infrastructure projects.- Ensure all quality management procedures are adhered to; and - Maintain effective liaison and communication with internal and external stakeholders. This position reports to the Manager (PPCM) and has nil direct reports.
