Role Overview Reporting to the Finance Manager, this Accountant will assist with the delivery of accurate and timely financial information across a diverse portfolio. This role supports key month-end activities, reconciliations, and compliance reporting, while also providing an opportunity to contribute to the improvement of finance processes. With access to experienced mentors and leadership, the successful candidate will develop a well-rounded skillset and gain exposure across multiple business units. Responsibilities Assist with month-end reporting and journal preparation Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts Support the preparation and lodgement of BAS and other statutory obligations Assist with accounts payable/receivable processes as required Contribute to audit preparation and internal reporting Work across both the development and funds management areas of the business Engage with external property managers on monthly reporting requirements and outgoings reconciliations Assist with property settlements as required Support ad hoc tasks and reporting for the wider finance team Candidate Profile You are degree-qualified (or near completion) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a strong desire to kick-start your career in a professional and growth-focused environment. You demonstrate initiative, a willingness to learn, and attention to detail. With excellent communication and organisation skills, you're ready to take on responsibility and work collaboratively within a close-knit finance team. CA/CPA commencement is encouraged.
