The Data Lead/Owner provides overall oversight across multiple data sub-owners within a P2I business function (planning, procurement, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and M&C). The Data Lead/Owner serves as the main contact for the Amplify Data Team and the P2I Data Analysts (Helen & Karen). The Data Lead/Owner supports P2I GPOs in developing relevant data migration strategies, ensures cross-functional alignment, and serves as the primary escalation point for data migration blockers and risks within the assigned P2I business function. P2I team is planning to request one Data Lead/Owner for each of the six P2I business function (planning, procurement, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and M&C). Key Accountabilities: Maintain the data migration tracker for the assigned P2I business function. Coordinate activities and dependencies across all Data Sub-Owners. Track progress against test-cycle objectives and report to the Amplify Data Team and P2I Data Analysts. Coordinate updates to the Target Data Migration (TDM) file by Data Sub-Owners within the assigned P2I business function. Oversee bulk data update coordination, profiling analysis, and reconciliation support. Escalate critical issues and drive resolutions with other P2I Data Leads/Owners and Amplify stakeholders. Experience and Skillset Required: 10 years experience in ERP systems or GSC operation, including leadership roles. Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA data models and ETL processes. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, issue resolution, and governance. Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with data validation and reporting tools.
